Australia Warehouse Products - ships within Australia
Shipping and Delivery within Australia May take 1-4 Business Days. It depends on the service you choose and Holiday Period. Per postage and courier company policy, deliveries may occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders placed before 4:00 pm (AED). Orders you place late on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Monday.
Express Postage by Auspost
Express shipping via Australia Post's Express Post service. Shipping should take 2-3 days in metro areas. Please allow longer if you are in Northern Territory or regional Western Australia.
Warehouse Pick up
Select the pick-up option at the checkout (only If available) to collect your purchases from our warehouse located at Factory 13/6-7 Motto Court,Hoppers Crossing,Victoria 3029, Australia.
If you place an order between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on a weekday, please give us two hours to locate and pack your purchase and have it ready for pick up. If you place an order after this time on a weekday or place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we'll have it ready to collect after 11:00 am on the next business day. Please contact us before you come to pick up your goods to avoid any inconvenience that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Postage by Auspost
Expect delivery to take anywhere between 3-6 business days in metro areas. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery if you are in the Northern Territory or regional Western Australia.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective Products. Broken/Damage merchandise cannot be returned unless defective on arrival (Please get in touch with us as soon as you get a broken Unit).
Before Returning, Please Open an RMA Request via Returns Module. All Products should be in good condition when we receive them in the warehouse. Wrong Purchases must return within ten days.
Return Postage
All Returned Packages should include the RMA packaging slip with information on your order and the reason(s) for return, and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Once the Return package is Delivered to our Warehouse, Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your return. Please read More information on Returns in Warranty Policy.
