Australia Warehouse Products - ships with in Australia
Shipping and Delivery with in Australia May take 1-4 Business Days. it depends on the service you chose and Holiday Period. As per postage and courier company policy, deliveries may occur only on weekdays ( It can be change country to country ). Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 4:00pm (AED). Orders you place with late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
Express Postage by Auspost
Express shipping via Australia Post’s Express Post service. Shipping should take 2-3 days in metro areas. Please allow longer if you are in Northern Territory or regional Western Australia.
Courier Post by Star Track/Courier Please/Toll
Courier delivery via Australia Post’s StarTrack Express service. Expect delivery within 1-2 business days in metro areas. Regional Western Australia and Northern Territory customers should allow for extra days for delivery
Warehouse Pick up
Select the pick-up option at the checkout (only If available) to collect your purchases from our warehouse located at Factory 9,17-23 Keppel Drive,Hallam,Victoria 3803, Australia. If you are placing an order between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm on a weekday, please give us two hours to locate and pack your purchase and have it ready for pick up. If you place an order after this time on a weekday, or place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we'll have it ready to collect after 11:00am on the next business day. We would recommend you to contact us before you come to pick up your goods to avoid any inconvenience that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Expect delivery to take anywhere between 3-6 business days in metro areas. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery if you are in the Northern Territory or regional Western Australia
Shipping From Honk Kong to Australia & New Zealand
Items purchase from HK warehouse will Deliver via Selected International Postage Method. Express Shipping ( Deliver Via Toll )May take 3-6 Business Days after handling.Standard Priority shipping may take 4-9 Business Days.

From January 2019, JS Tech Australia is posting items to other countries in the World. Every package we are sending comes with Priority tracking number. We are not posting without a tracking number for safety concerns and also we are using only priority shipping services only.

Customs and Port tax ( For Hong Kong Warehouse Products)
Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs in your local country. Most of the countries do not charge import duties on private items up to certain value. However, sometimes it may have required upon arrival. If you reject the delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you may be liable for returning the item on your cost. You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, or defective Product. Broken/Damage merchandise cannot be returned unless defective on arrival ( Please contact us as soon as you got a broken Unit) . Prior to Return, Please Open a RMA Request via My Account section. All Products should be in good condition as when we receive in the warehouse. Wrong Purchase, Wrong item Receive must be returned within 10 days .
All Returned Package should include the RMA packaging slip with information on your order and the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
